- 🛠 Fix minor release notes typographical errors.

- ⬇ Decrease the code and data inside the transaction. Removes a file caching creation from inside a database transaction. Attempted fix for GitLab issues #782 and #735.
- 🛠 Fix OCR model property. It was listed as document.content instead of document.ocr_content.
- ⏪ Revert an API permission change for the EventList API view. Fixes GitLab issue #794. Thanks to Matthew Grady (@FlowerCoffeeCup) for the report and investigation.
